How onboarding works

  3. You receive a private activation link + pricing PDF by email. Click the link to register your organisation.
  4. Add your students via the admin dashboard (manual or CSV upload). Each gets emailed their login link.
  5. Students start daily practice immediately. You watch progress from the dashboard.

Common questions

Do we have to pay to try it?

No. Founding partners get a free 30-day pilot for up to 25 students — no card, no contract. You only decide on paid once you've seen it working with your own students.

We already have our own materials — does this replace them?

No, it complements them. ExamVault is the daily, auto-set and auto-marked practice layer between lessons; your own materials stay for in-class teaching. You can even upload your question bank for a discount on your fee.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No lock-in. It's monthly and you can cancel anytime. The 30-day pilot has no payment details at all.

How much work is it to set up?

Minimal — we do it with you on a 20-minute call. Add students manually or by CSV and each one is automatically emailed their own login link.

What about data protection and under-13s?

We're UK-based and GDPR-aware, designed with under-13 protections in mind. Your organisation stays the data controller; ExamVault is the processor.

Can parents pay directly instead?

Yes. You can run it as a centre subscription, or point families to our £1/day Adaptive plan for between-session practice. Many centres do both.
